Our coaching program begins with the EQi-2.0 Assessment, a powerful tool created by Multi-Health Systems using research from all over the world.

What is EQ Coaching, Really?

Evidenced based coaching, featuring the EQi-2.0 Assessment

WHAT EQ COACHING IS

  • Evidence-based, measurable, structured, goal oriented, concrete, positive, growth mindset

  • Goal setting is client-driven and collaborative

  • Structured with a pre and post test, providing a road map for change, and the opportunity to quantify progress

  • Flexible, beneficial for personal growth and relationships, helpful for couples, parents, and teens

WHAT EQ COACHING IS NOT

  • Psychotherapy. While many of our coaches are licensed psychotherapists, Coaching is not Psychotherapy, not is it a treatment for mental health.

  • Life Coaching. Most life coaching lacks a concrete structure or guiding curriculum

  • For those with “problems”. EQ Coaching helps us reach our full potential. Our motto? “You Don’t Have to Be Sick, to Get Better”
