Director of Emotional Intelligence Training

A rising star who began her work and training with Anderson & Anderson at age 19, Rachael is a confident and dynamic coach. She received her BA in Sociology from UCLA, while also studying international business. She began her work with Anderson & Anderson in 2015, editing and republishing one of the leading books, Gaining Control of Ourselves. Rachael is a Certified Anger Management Facilitator, as well as a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner of the EQ-i-2.0 and the 360 Assessment.

She has coordinated and developed many trainings and keynote presentations, including a keynote for Texas A&M University’s Master of Engineering Technical Management program. With her extensive knowledge of the material, she will continue to bring current curriculum and trainings into the virtual learning environment. Over her years of working at Anderson & Anderson, she has become skilled in assessing each organization’s needs and developing a program to fit their intended goals.
